The location of the hotel is perfect as it is very close to the foreshore, town, beaches, and the CBD. They offer happy hour and discount dining vouchers. the breakfast provided was vegan, including juices.

this place deserves more than 4 stars, it has newly renovated rooms and serves delicious and awesome breakfast. it has very welcoming staff and excellent services. the restaurant serves hot local food.

The setting was excellent, just next door to many restaurants, pubs & the movie cinema & BREC, shops and eating places all within short walking distance, and many great attractions and restaurants. I tried some drinks at grill bar Lone Star Rib House, located 10 minutes walk away. I had a nicely furnished room with comfortable bed and climate control, a lounge, and a kettle.

The rooms are modern and newly decorated, equipped with heaters. the hotel offers a wonderful view of the surroundings. - It is located in a good area, very central and close to Victoria Street restaurants, beaches, and the CBD. - Guests can enjoy happy hour and receive discount dining vouchers during their stay.

Loved the room. Very comfortable with a great view. Great location - we could walk into Bunbury to shop and sightsee. Close to the Theatre and the movies. Easy drive to the wineries. Having a spa and swim in the pool before dinner was very relaxing. It is a lovely pool/spa area. We had dinner in the restaurant and the steak was exceptionally good and the food in the restaurant seemed to be high quality but it was very expensive..

Food in the restaurant was very expensive, and the house wine was awful. We only had one chair at the table in our room, so one of us had to stand up to eat breakfast!

Great pool and convenient underground parking. Awesome location near the beach, park, and restaurants next door. Also, it's just a short stroll to the city center 🌴.

All the rooms are good value for money and well-equipped with comfy bed and the staff is responsive. The hotel has quiet central location on boardwalk.

I loved the pool and spa.

I would have liked a larger screen tv however that is just a very small point. Toothbrushes would have been good and I had a little trouble with the air conditioner!

The room was well-equipped with twin beds, and the staff was very helpful.

The staff and the Mantra are so helpful, the inside spa & pool was really nice. The rooms are very clean & roomy

We did not like the water that was on all floors outside the rooms, rain coming through the open roof had left 10cm of water on the carpet on the hallways, very dangeroud with electrical boards, lifts etc. The lounge was not over comfortable.

Very unhappy customer.Advertised as hotel with heated pool ,and that is the main reason why we chose the hotel. Pool was cold, could not use it.Then we desided to sit in the spa at the pool. That was out of order as well. The next morning we wanted to use the spa bath in our room, unfortunately that was out of order as the pump did not work.Too late to report it as it was Sunday and we had to leave. Last of all .Breakfast did not happen as well .Too full. All though we booked it with the room they could not help us, so we had breakfast in town witch turned out a huge sucsess. Not Happy For the price you pay they can at least show a couple of movies free.

The central location was amazing, with a market and all major stores close by, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite.

We liked the close proximity to good cafes and restaurants.

Noisy drunk guests midnight to 4am!!!

The front office girl was amazing. We forgot to bring our confirmed, prepaid internet booking and it could not be found on the system. Luckily, there was a room still available and she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed.

Obviously, there are problems with internet bookings. Although we have used this hotel twice, now, and have booked another visit in the future, we want to know that our booking is secure, particularly when prepaid!. Was also concerned at the fact that the windows opened without any form of safety constraint. As adults, it was not a concern but it's not so long since our children were young. It doesn't take much (or much time) for a young child to climb onto a piece of furniture and tumble 4 floors to the carpark. WE enjoyed the fresh air, but ... perhaps safety bars or something?
