The location is fantastic, just a stroll from attractions.

The reception area always felt empty, and staff seemed uninterested. There were no visible fire extinguishers, which made me anxious about safety. My room was tired and in desperate need of refurbishment, which made my stay feel less relaxing than I had hoped.

the room size was super spacious and the bed was really comfy. the kitchenette was well-equipped which made it easy to make snacks. also, loved the indoor pool, i found it relaxing and almost had the place to myself. staff was quick with room service and super friendly too.

the air conditioning could use some work, felt a bit warm at times. also, the bathroom had a heavy mold smell that was pretty unpleasant.

Loved our stay here! The kids enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the indoor pool, which was a great way to wind down after a day of fun. The only hiccup was the room's air con could use a bit of tuning, but it didn’t ruin our time at all. 😊

Had a killer full breakfast included which was a great way to start the day eggs any style you want. Found the staff really friendly specially the manager Lenny who kept us entertained during our meals.

It wasn’t inexpensive but the stay was still acceptable.

The lift situation after hours was concerning, especially regarding access for emergency situations, which needs immediate attention to ensure safety. I felt there was a lack of proper management support during busy periods, as I noticed confusion among the reception staff while checking in.
